Timing belt - Recommendations on a person that does side work

    Hey guys and girls.

I'm trying to get some work done and to make it affordable I'm looking to have it done by a knowledgable and trusted person that does side work. Can anyone recommend a person that does great work in the PDX area? My car is a 2008 A4 2.0t. I'm looking to replace timing belt, rollers, wp, tb tensioner, accessory belt, accessory tensioner, and accessory belt pulley.

    Let me know, thanks.

I just did this last Friday. It wasn't that bad, if I'd of had the Haynes manual it'd of been perfect.

But I don't know of anyone no.

Thanks for the reply. I have replaced the brakes and thermostat on my car and I have done other work to my previous cars. I'm comfortable doing some work but this looks overwhelming. Considering the importance that the tb is to my engine I don't want to mess something up. I'm also temporarily in PDX so I don't have any tools.

2.0t timing belts are pretty easy. Where are you located?

I'm sorry man, I didn't see your reply. Ya I've done quite a few when I was a tech at Audi.
