Reputable shop in Portland area

Hi, i need to install EPL pulley on my 13 s4. I called couple shops and they say "we can't install customer supplied parts.." Can someone recommend me a good shop that does that kind of work? I usually do the work by myself but, i don't want to mess with supercharger...

Call Matrix Integrated. They have two shops in Portland. One in Riverfront and one on the the west side.

They are the only ones I trust to work on my car when I can't do it myself.

They will do it, but they may not warranty it. Call and talk to Jeremy or Brian. Explain your situation.

I was there for just over an hour, my fault as I didn't allow enough time for travel and arrived 15 minutes late. Pretty sure it would be less than an hour.

We can install your supplied parts, however as Eric mentioned we of course can't warranty our work when you supply the part...ie if the part fails early/within the manufacturer's warranty period, it's on you to get the part/labor warrantied(keep in mind most all parts sellers DO NOT reimburse for labor so the labor to fix will be on you), whereas if we supply a part and it fails early within the warranty period, we deal with the manufacturer for reimburising our parts/labor but provide you with NO parts/labor cost to replace the failed part with another new unit and get you back on the road. Does that make sense?
As well, we have a higher labor rate for client supplied parts. PM me for this labor rate.

We haven't installed an EPL pulley. They may have a custom installation tool--ask them as AWE does. We've install lots of AWE stg2 pulleys and 1 APR(which was then swapped for AWE).
Keep in mind that you'd need to drive VERY gingerly with a stg2 pulley but stock or stg1 tune, until you get the ECU flashed with stg2 software. We only Flash AWE/GIAC stg2 or GIAC stg1 in-house.

My car is in the Matrix Integrated's shop. They going to swap my pulley tomorrow. The price is $367.50. That shop work only on german cars I believe, so I would trust them... If you have any questions feel free to ask.

I supplied EPL pulley and belt. Since I'm supplying parts they didn't give me any warranty.

Just single pulley for now..

I did flash my car on your parking lot there. Tony @ EPL says i need to drive 20 miles before ecu adapts. Everything feels normal. Haven't floored her yet.

I'm happy with the work you did. Especially with the price, i only paid $321 for some reason it's lower than quote.
