Paddle shift issues after steering wheel replacement

I just replaced my heated 4 spoke steering wheel on my 12 A7 with a 15 RS7 3 spoke wheel. Everything works fine with the exception of the paddle shift. I am not sure if I need to Vag-Com it and change a setting or not. If anyone could offer some guidance I would appreciate it.

Did your 4 spoke have paddles?

I tried what you suggested however there is no Bit %. Instead there is a Bit 4-5 where there are (3) option. The original code was for the 10 MFL and I changed it to 30 MFL with Tiptronic. For some reason the paddles are still not activated. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks
