lost my immobiliser memory? SAFE MODE help

Hey Guys I have a problem with my a4.
The car was sitting for couple of weeks and when I came to start it my key wouldn't open the door ( by remote) it did started so I drove it home.
The day later it did open the door with the this remote but it did not recognize it with immobilizer (safe on the dash board), so I used my wife's keys and those worked fine..
Today none of them work so I cant even start the car. Using either kye shows SAFE. I searched the problem but the solutions didnt help. any idea? battery never died and it only has couple months.
    thank You

    ok got it working
turns up I messed up with replacing key fob shells and immobilizer chips. when You replace key fobs shells You need to replace the little grey plastic too (its the immobilizer part)

    also did this :

    1. Disconnect battery & connect leads with a jumper wire. Wait 5-10 minutes.
    2. Reconnect battery, place key in ignition & initiate reprogramming sequence.
    3. Sequence = turn key to "ON" position only, wait 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Hold unlock button on fob, insert key into ignition (still holding unlock). Turn ignition to on (not start), hold two seconds, turn to off and remove (still holding unlock). Your key should now be programmed.
