Cat and stock air box with APR 2+? Is it possible without issues?

I haven't been on in awhile but I have to smog my car tomorrow. I changed the down pipe for the cat and I have put my car at stock (which makes it feel very underpowered with low boost). A while back I had my cam follower fail which destroyed my APR HFFP so it was replaced by Audi with a stock pump. I still have been running the stage 2+ tune with no issues or fuel cuts. My next small dilemma is having to put the cat and stock airbox on every time I have to smog it. I know most people say the carbonio intake is not really better than stock and really only lets you hear the turbo more. My question is has anyone ever left the stock airbox and cat on with the stage 2+ tune and if so does it throw codes or cause any issues with performance. Yes I know it's only a few hours to change everything but I have 2 kids and work 72 hours a week.....blah blah blah I want to not do it but I will if I have too. Thanks for any info guys it's much appreciated.

    Stock airbox is fine.

Stock cat certainly hinders performance, but may just cause a loss of power. I'm not sure about you running 2+ on the stock HPFP.

I wondered about the 2+ with the stock fuel pump but I have not really noticed much power loss other than a small amount of high end power I have about 15k with it like this.

Im in a -sort of- same situation where I got Revo 2+ but going to sell the A4 and I want to take of all mods (HPFP, AWE FMIC, RAI HFC, Stasis exhaust and the custom CAI) to get some more money out of it.
My problem is I no longer have a REVO dealer anywhere near me so I cannot go and get it re-flashed to stage 1 but I was thinking putting the tune to "stock" would still be viable without the supporting mods for 2+ as its all dialed down in the ECU anyways..

I asked REVO but (not to my surprise) all I got was "We wouldn’t run a car without the correct software for the hardware and do not suggest doing so either, it could cause issues for the next owner" so if anyone that knows about mapping/software could chime in it would help immensly.
