Hi guys can i run 285/35/20 tires on 20x10.5 offset 42 millimeters wheel without any issues? I do have 2012 a6 with OEM sport suspension.
Would it fit without any rubbing?
Would it hang out off the fender so much ?

I don't know for sure, but you will likely rub. I am running 265/35/20 on 20x9.5 with ET39 and I likely could maybe push just to ET36 without rubbing. I am lowered 15mm, however. I think the best fitment on the A/S6 to fill everything out nicely, to ride well, to provide more than adequate grip, and not have any issues would be either:

    20x9 ET 35 with 265/35/20 or 20x9.5 ET38 with 265/35/20
