Bought Used Solo Werks coils. Opinions...

    Hey, new guy here.

I picked up a semi complete set of used Solo Werks S1 coils the other day locally. I failed to do a complete check on them as I didn't find any leaks on them so I assumed they were in good shape. When I got them home I primed them again like they recommend on the SW site to make sure they are working properly. Looks like 3/4 of them are worn out possibly or fairly worn?

I know little about shocks but from what I've read they should all have pretty quick rebound in them to be good still?

The two rear shocks come up about as slow as the bad one in this video.

Should I still use these or no?

i never buy used coilovers or shocks for this reason. Just treat yourself to a new set... they're only $550. Can't get much better of a deal than that!

Yeah sucks cause I'm out $350 for these shitty things already. Could have used that towards a new set. Also being In Canada makes it tough to buy anything right now with the exchange rate.

I've contacted Solo Werks to see if there is a chance these can be rebuilt.

I mean solos come with a 3 year warranty. I feel as long as you didn't mention you bought off a resell you should be good.
