HELP!! Can't find a thread I came across the week before

This is seriously driving me crazy.

So I am planning on doing the oil check valve service and perhaps installing JHM intake spacers, and I came across a post that had recommendations for other work that I could perform while I have the intake manifold out. I cannot find it and I've used the forum search tool with every keyword I could remember.

I am basically interested in knowing which parts I can access/fix related to the timing chain system when I have the intake manifold off. Ideally I'd buy JHM's aluminum parts to replace the OEM plastic ones.

While I am in there I will also be performing a simple fix suggested by Squiddy that will alleviate the problem with the intake manifold flap getting stuck:

Also, here is a link to the DIY guide for the oil check valve service, should make for an interesting Sunday:

Off the top of my head, when the IM is off it's easy access to:

    oil filter housing gasket
    PCV
    vacuum check "y" valve
    vacuum lines
throttle body bypass for summer (see JHM's site)
    check knock sensor wiring
coolant temp sensor (this can be done without IM off but if you are disconnected all those coolant lines anyway..)

HOWEVER, you aren't going to be able to access anything timing related unless you go a bit deeper and remove the valve covers and then the top rear covers on each head.

I'm sure there is lots more but there is a short list to get you started.
