$ 15K Service Cost $

For those who didn't get the Audi Care package, how much did you pay for the 15K service for your S3? It's basically an oil change and filter replacement. I was quoted $394 from my dealer. Is this standard or does it vary by dealer?

I thought 15k was $700+. I think it's a dsg fluid change and some other stuff. Unless that's the 35k service.

thats a lot for an air filter and oil change. if i didnt have audicare, i would be going to my independent vw/audi service center.

Most of that is labor and retail pricing for the oil and filter, etc.

I jut buy my own oil and filter and go to a reputable garage to do the oil change. Slightly under $100 with everything. Just make sure you have them notate on the receipt the mileage and in detail which oil was used. This is for your records to show Audi if you have a lease.

Pollen filter $25 plus half hour of labor (about $60 bucks in my neck of the woods)

Out the door tax etc below $200..for an independent.

Sounds like a great deal...and no TD1. Just in case they decide to plug it in

Oil Change- $25 for oil, $10 for filter- 30 minutes of DIY
Pollen Filter- $25 on Amazon- Literally 2 minutes sitting in passenger seat its inside the glove box easily accessible.

Total $60 and 32 minutes. Or yea go to the dealer and spend $300+

Jimmy D- do you have a Sepang S3? I've seen one cruising around rt 202 in West Chester. The dealership that quoted me $394 was actually the new dealership on 202 in West Chester/Glen Mills/Chads Ford.

I've historically driven BMWs under warranty/maintenance coverage and Japanese cars, so I've never had to actually pay a German dealership for service. I knew it would be high, but at $394 I'll likely just do it myself.

No, but could be RyanA3, his is sepang and lowered with Peelers on it. Mine is Daytona Grey, now lowered with black and polished Forgeline wheels. I haven't been to Audi WC yet. I live in WC.

Ok, I've seen your car- I think you rolled by me at the new Wegmans one day. I have Monsoon gray with OZ Omnia wheels on it for the winter. There aren't many around so I take notice.
