I got a letter today from Classic Audi, where I got my 2014 S4, saying i was due for an UPGRADE to a 2016 S4, and they offer me $31,500 for my 2014 S4 as part of the deal!!! OH HAPPY DAY!!!!! What a deal, how can I possibly say no to a huge offer like that???????

Maybe if they wanted to give me a cheap S6 it would be an "upgrade" but not sure how this is really an upgrade?? Hell, it's not even out yet anyway.

Just for fun I emailed my local Audi dealership asking what they'd charge to install just my front shocks and springs. I already had the parts. They wanted $980 for labor. I did it myself that evening and it took me a little over 3 hours. I should open my own dealership.

Sepang is pretty nice! IT would be fun just to stop buy and tell them they were ridiculous. But really, it is SUPPOSED to be a tickler just to get you into their show room. Shame on you if you think their offer was fair or genuine.

After the guy that sold me my car there left they kind of went downhill. The guy that sold me my wife's car ended up getting me at the right number after some haggling. He had some good patience.

I got $31k for my 2011 S4 in Aug of last year on a private sale with 65k miles.

Well... Audi Queensway said they would send my car straight to auction. It's not worth anything because it's "modified". I was told all of this while negotiating on a 2017 S6. Never mind the fact that the average asking price for my car is $15k over my lease buyout price, and it would take an afternoon to return everything to stock. I didn't even end up getting a number from them.

I wasn't going to give them my car anyways, but that was a big contributing factor to why I walked out of that dealership and went straight to another one.

Shame on me? LOL ok. THey are total assholes if they think a 2016 is a needed UPGRADE over a 2014 S4, which is basically the exact same car. THe new style is 2017 model and that is not even out yet. So what the hell do they think is an UPGRADE in the 2016 model vs the 2014 model, anyways?? Comical to me they would even say that, then lowball the offer so extreme. Plus they sold it to me as a CPO so the warranty still has 4 years on it! ALso, I am 2+ hours from them here in PA and I told them several times to stop sending me their mailers all the time, since i have zero need or desire to go back to NY again to deal with them.
