    you can get that touched up by a body shop. or the cheapest way would be to plastidip them, check dipyourcar and look for the 'Bright Aluminum Metalizer', it's a perfect match for the oem wheel, might want to do all 4 though so they all have the same matching silver. the dip will at least seal it all up and should prevent further chipping at least, until you choose to refinish it later on or not.

    ^ What he said, a wheel refinisher or a body shop could probably solve that. Why not just get a set of 18s and sell the 17s (or keep them as a winter set)? I know that @blbroo is selling his OE 18" sport wheels with tires.
