2012 Audi S4

Looking to order a full interior and license plate led kit.

Id like it to be a brighter sharp white.

6 bulbs up top
4 door puddles
1 trunk
1 glove compartment
4 footwells

As well as the 2 license plate bulbs. Either error free bulbs, or the full error free assemblies.

What and where did you guys go to order yours? Pictures would be appreciated.

I've looked at the full USP Motorsports kit and I favor the lifetime warranty but the pictures and videos are misleading, especially for the license plate ones.

Did you go with the footwells also? My car has the factory white led in there, and when ordering usp's Kit with the footwells it says it is not compatible with cars that have factory LED's in the footwells

I just left the footwells and license plate alone since they already had the LED installed from the factory.

i don't know if there is any difference from the ziza vs usp license plate leds but my old coworker got some zizas for his b8 and they were bright as F!! they were brighter than most car's reverse lights. not sure if they are still running though, its been years.

I have USP's kit on my B7. The license plate bulbs look like I have headlights shining down from my trunk. Trust me they're BRIGHT.

You don't need footwell bulbs. As you already said, the B8 had leds there already. I got my interior kit from ebay for like $30. I won't beat this dead horse again but it's really the same as all the other kits out there for a fraction of the price. Don't waste your money paying double. You don't need a warranty for a bulb that might cost you $4 to replace.

I have Ziza interior kit from ECS, reverse bulbs I got of Ebay and also front LED fogs. Next to be swapped out are the rear fogs - which are never used!

So true. I paid $100 for the USP kit for my B7, and I learned my lesson and paid $30 for the ebay kit on my B8.

I appreciate the info. I've outfitted several cars of mine with LED's. Some I've purchased online on through "branded" companies, some off amazon and eBay, once I just went off my local craigslist and met a guy at his place to do it lol.

Which is why I'm asking where you all got your kits from, so thank you for your input. You wouldn't happen to know where from or have a link to that eBay kit you have would you?

Now I just need to decide on license plate LED's.

USP emailed me back saying the connectors they provide on their footwell LED's wouldn't match to a car with factory LED's. So I may go look at the bulb in the car and see if it's something that can easily be switched Incase this kit gives off a different kind of white to what's in there already(want the interior to match, lol)

And the Audi community here in he Bay Area is pretty chill actually. It's not as akward as it sounds haha

I really like this kit. That icy, ever so slightly turquoise-ish white is what I'm looking for. I asked Danny if he has pictures of what his eBay kit looks like. The eBay postings pictures don't look this same tinge of color.

So before I order I wanted to see if his is like their pictures or if it's closer to the deautokey color.

I think pictures really depend on the camera and lighting! Thread for my deautokey led kit, mine looks more warm in the pics than it does in person so it's hard to gauge by pics alone. Good luck though, I looked at bulbs for about 2 months before finally settling on deautokey led, you'll drive yourself nuts 😲 lol

Yup did the same thing lol, IMHO bulbs are bulbs but I wanted something backed by good customer service, not a $100, and good quality color (I liked the same icey blue pic you mentioned) so I went with deautokey led... would I change that decision? Nope. Am I happy with my bulbs? Yep. But plenty of other people run different kits here and feel the same way lol! End the suffering and just close your eyes and pick one lmao! [Up]

We want to say we really appreciate these posts! Our LEDs have no fitment or burning issues - these LED resistors are set to work right and look good in your car:
-fade in/out like current setup
-won't stay dimly lit
-crisp clean modern white color temperature

We say this a lot but we receive a lot of emails from people who piece together LEDs from ebay/amazon etc and then have a few issues: color temperature does not match, flickering, lights staying on after car is off/doors shut, LEDs burning ( http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...nterior-lights )

And don't get us wrong, we are not here to bash any competition but only sharing what others have brought to us. And this is only cases and issues we know of because people emailed us.
