Well I noticed that when I try and open the vent on my sunroof (pushing up on the button) it sometimes doesn't work, or it will open and then close by itself. And when I try to open the sunroof the whole way I have to turn the knob click by click, because if I try to turn it all the way in one motion, it will either not open or just stop opening. I have to do the same thing when trying to close it also, just click by click till it finally decides to close.

So far ive swapped the motor from my parts car and also the whole switch and nothing has changed, someone please help me as my ac doesn't work at the moment either (ac pump exploded )

The switch is going bad, very common failure. You can replace it or repair it using a diy found on audizine. Google phantom sunroof repair and you should find it. I'm to lazy to find it for you. :)
