Hey guys! Looking to do a quick visual conversion of my '04 A8L to a S8. I'm guessing facelift grille, rear diffuser w/ quad tip exhaust, ducktail wing on trunk. Is that about it exterior?

    There is no RS8. A8, S8, R8, but no RS8.

You can't just put a facelift grille on a early D3. In order to do the swap, it will require a new hood, new headlamps, and the entire front bumper assembly including facelifted fog lights and grille.

For the 2004 and 2005 you need a new hood, headlights and bumper cover. The Prefacelift hood does not work with the OEM facelift grille. There were some horrible aftermarket options that did work.
I did the OEM conversion a few years back after I hit a deer.
