    Vag-com help please anyone?

    Hi, i just found out some cool trick you can do to your car by using vag-com. I currently own an 2013 audi A5. I just want to ask you guys how and where can i buy the vag-com? Which version to buy? I saw a lot of them on ebay but i dont know the different between all of them. Thank you very much

    Don't buy a knock off either. Go with Ross Tech. You can get them from Europa parts with free shipping.

    Not sure how much you're looking to do but Carista will do the trick for a lot of things and its considerably cheaper but by no means is a Ross tech cable.

    +1 with Carista. I reset mine & my friends service reminder light in our S5's with the beta update. Hell you can even use Carista for the electronic parking brake.

    It's perfect for what I use it for, no more dragging out the cable and laptop for me. It's nice having the BT dongle able to access anywhere from my phone in case of a random check engine light. Peace of mind.

    You can unlock he MMI features, change lighting options, etc etc. Well worth it... I've used Rosstech before with my B5 S4 too.

    Not to mention with the BT dongle you can use apps like DashCommand to monitor things on the move. Just something to play with basically lol.

    Most with Android use the Torque app.
