Timing Issues - VAG Block 091 Values Anyone?

So I currently have a P0016 code for incorrect correlation between the cam position sensor and the engine speed sensor which is generally means the timing belt is off a tooth or two. The car runs but is VERY sluggish and idles rough. The kicker is the timing mark on the exhaust cam looks like it lines up perfectly with the mark on the cover when the engine is at TDC, I even used a dial indicator and a rod on cyl. 1 to verify I was at absolute TDC.

My question is what should the values in block 091 and/or 093 and 094 in Vag-Com be and what can they tell be about the timing if it needs to be advanced or retarded. On my 2.7T's I can simply look at the phase position for the cam chain tensioners in block 093 and adjust the cam gears to get them as close to zero as possible, little bit different with these 2.0t's. I did a bunch of searching and to my surprise I couldn't find anything regarding what the values should be at for a properly timed engine in any of those blocks.

Sound like it bad sensors start with changing them maybe N205 valve check the connection for oil or it is off on the chain side bad tensioner maybe. Early stage variator failure maybe. My timing values forget the block off the top of my head is 28 for both cams at idle.

Check your N80 or just replace it. My friend had the exact same issues last week. We logged block 91 and It was showing 10 degrees out. Replaced N80, and it was fixed.

Here's measuring blocks 91,93 & 94 at cold idle to casual driving. Stock 2.0TFSI before timing belt service.

    Good luck

By the number, definitely seems like timing could be off. I remember reading that TDC should actually be measured manually with cylinder 4 on our motors. Every time I checked with the stamped markers on the exhaust sprocket and the dust panel behind it, it would always appear that the sprocket is a half a tooth late from the mark on the plate....never perfectly aligned.

edit: TDC will be at both 1&4, but 4 will be TDC with compression.

So I pulled the front clip and with the engine at TDC (using an indicator on a rod on top of the piston) the mark for the cam gear to the cover is maybe 1/2 of a tooth off. So I went ahead and moved the belt one tooth to see what would happen and started the car, runs the same, not well, and in block 091 specified is 28 kw and actual is at 60 kw. Put it back to where I had it because it seems like everything lines up best where I initially had it and I get the same readings in block 091 of 60 kw actual camshaft adjustment, what gives?

I keep coming back to the N205 causing an issue but everything I've see says you'll get P0011 code if it shits the bed, not just the P0016 that I have.

Tried a new N205 tonight, no difference...

Has anyone on here ever seen such a high value (60 in my case) in the cam adjustment block? Anyone know if that's telling me it too far retarded or advanced?
