    Rough clutch engagement

Very recently I've noticed while in engaging in first gear right when Im taking my foot off the car kinda vibrates/judders a bit. Sometimes its more aggressive then other times and it kind of came out of no where. Sometimes it would occur but rarely now and most likely from not enough gas but now its almost everytime. A4 is a 2010 with 111k bone stock. Just did a transmission and diff flush and shifts amazing in every gear except engaging 1st. I'm very cautious with my clutch, never rev above 1200rpm when starting off and I never launch the car. A little frustrating since I makes me feel like a noob everytime I start from first. Read that it could be anything from flywheel, clutch, transmission mounts.. etc

Maybe the rear main crank seal, or the trans input shaft seal is leaking oil onto the clutch....that will cause engagement judder.

I decided to launch my car the other day and it seemed to have cured the judder. Maybe uneven flywheel or clutch wear i guess

yeah either way seemed to do the trick. I know that I dont have an sort of leaks so not sure how oil could've gotten there.

I have been having the same problem, my car has 68k. Anyone else with this problem? I was thinking possibly a mount or something, either way ill launch it and see what happens.

I noticed after lots of traffic/clutch use it can start to judder a bit but sometimes its just me rushing it. The lower the rpm and the smoother you engage the clutch the less it should do it. Somedays its nonexistent and on a hot day with lots of traffic like today I noticed it.
