    Rear seatbelts get wet when raining

    So whenever it rains and someone gets in my back seat they always complain the seatbelts are soaked. I don't find water anywhere else but are there sunroof drains or something that run by the rear seatbelt rollers?

    What can I do to unclocg them if so?
