Horn button is difficult to modulate

My 2012 S4 horn seems to be all or nothing. When I want to give a friendly "the light is green" blip, it comes off sounding obnoxious to the guy in front of me. Is this an Audi thing or do I need to practice more?

Either txt and wait, or let out the "COME OUT NOW" honk. I've tried many many times.

Are you pushing it on either the left or right side where the little horn pictures are?

i thought the horn just had 1 setting , honk or no honk , since it's a dumb switch
vagcom testing only shows position on and position off

are you saying you can control the intensity and loudness? would like to see it in a video , very intrigued

since i just normally use my middle finger instead

Yeah, I really don't use the horn unless collision is eminent. Or when light goes green and stupid person in front is texting or something.

I love the loud German horn. Anything in the car that is going to do a job should do it strong. Like windows should cut off fingers and brakes should cause whiplash. I'm just saying...

Lol! Funny horn story, to me at least: Several years ago I pull up behind to guys on bikes at a four way stop. They're chatting away for about 10 seconds and there is no other cars around. I almost hit the horn when I focused in on the back of their vests. Hells Angels with California across the bottom. Probably cool dudes but I didn't need to be "that guy", that day.
