    Dealership Damaged my S5..

So, I went to my local Audi dealership here in Richmond, Virginia for the 15k mile service, a new set of tires, and an alignment. Apparently, the tech damaged two of my rotors when he was either doing the alignment, mounting the tires, or both (see pics). Needless to say, when I conducted my walk around I pointed it out to the service advisor who brought out his manager. Of course the manager said how sorry he was and said he would be in touch to set up an appointment to have my previously pristine wheels, refinished/repaired. Obviously I was pissed off that they damaged my wheels and requested that they replace the wheels or refund my money. They never called as promised and I now have two scratched and scraped wheels that I was actually hoping to sell this summer.

Has anyone had a dealership damage your car and what type of recourse does one have in this type of situation???

A few shots of some of the damage (sorry for crappy quality):

They've already apologized and agreed to fix their mistake.

Stop in or call the manager?

This is right. Most dealerships take their time because they outsource these repairs anyways. Just hound them until you get a response.

Just got mine back today after sitting in a repair shop over two weeks for some wet-sanding. Not only that they didn't install the bumper correctly so it's warped, and there are scratches on my trunk. I'd have mention these issues when I picked the car up, but it was just dirty and full of dust all over. waiting on sales manager. I need to locate a new dealer while I still have my audi care. Attempting to talk to the sales manager who has been conveniently 'out of office' every time I need to talk to him.

God, this is why I hate going to the dealerships. Quick to take your cash but slow to help you. hope you get your situation sorted out.

If it's getting repaired in MD I know Euro Pro's or Criswell are the only two options I'd ever consider.

But yeah, work through the dealer, try and show some patience with them. If it doesn't get handled bring in AoA via email, and you should have a resolution within a business day. At least that's how it went in my case (kinda similar situation).
