My engine builder just told me he's getting evicted from his shop. Yeah, great news for me since he's had my parts since last Fall and still yet to complete the work. Sadly, I know he does quality work, but got screwed by his partner it seems. He's cleaned and disassembled everything and bored the block. I don't think he's balanced the rotating assembly yet. Heads need valve job... seats not yet cut. I basically want a complete shortblock and complete set of heads. I'll take it from there.

Build is pretty simple. It's a basic rod/piston upgrade with new bearings, rings and ARP hardware. The heads are still 2.7L heads but with all new valvetrain from 034 Motorsports. My car is currently down since the clutch gave up last Fall. I wanted to take the opportunity to build a new engine while I have everything out to replace the clutch. Same Tial 605's and supporting hardware are being used again. I put some feelers out for local help, but appreciate any references from the forums. Worst case I'll just replace the clutch and wait on the engine as I want to drive the car this summer. What I don't want to end up with is another multiple month long wait for a build. I also don't want someone inexperienced with this engine. TIA
