    How much mileage is too much?

    is there a number of miles that cold make a car impossible to fix? how many miles is too many for a conventional modern vehicle?

    Cars are ALWAYS fixable, it's just a question of how much $$$ you throw at it.

    It's a personal choice really. For me about 100K-150K is when most my cars have too many little things wrong for me to want to deal with.

    Mr_milo is right. I see some of our forum members here have over 200k miles and are still running fine. It's all about how much time and money you are willing to spend on it.
