Yes, they are.
Bi-Xenon indicators:
1. dark/grey inside moulding
2. larger projector lens (3" vs 2.5" for single xenon)
3. larger housing on the back of the headlight with ballast mounted vertically at the back cover (single xenons have the ballast mounted at the bottom of the headlight)
