Have you tried DashCommand? It's for android and iOS l, looks freaking sweet. I can't use unfortunately so I am looking for the next best app. I've been trying to search to forums to see how they stack up. In this day and age its crazy torque is on both platforms.

Anyone found an Android friendly app that will monitor IAT? Torque doesn't seem to pull a value, unless I'm missing a PID or something...

Has anyone found a way to get any more data transfer speed out of this app? I find it lags about a full second and it is likely capturing terrible data rates making it more of a novelty for monitoring gauges than actually useful (ie, rev the throttle quickly to 4000rpm and it may not catch it at all or may show what the max rpm was a second later). I've tried two different BT adapters and they both work identically.

There is a BT OBD reader on Amazon.com, forget the name but it's like $80, it's claim 2 fame is being the fastest BT OBD reader on the market.

It lags because it coming from the obd2. I'm sure its accurate just takes time to get the info.

The OBD2 port can send out lightning fast speeds...such as with ECU explorer or even vag com logging a single channel at a time. This must be related to using bluetooth as opposed to going direct wire. As for accuracy, I would say since you have a crap data transfer rate, you would be missing huge chunks of data so the data you are able to collect may be accurate but if you are skipping over pretty large amounts of data then you arent necessarily getting an accurate picture of what is going on. I use the BT apps to clear codes I just dont find them to be useful as monitoring or logging tools. I was just hoping someone could chime in and let me know if they figured out a way to get decent speed our of these apps.

I'll throw in some Harry's torque via Carista. I've been asking if I can split this and get my P3 gauge working too....any thoughts?

The new version (1.8.94) shows you charge air cooler temperature. From what I understand this is the same as intake air temperature.
