2016 Bluetooth issues

OK so I have my phone connected and when a call comes in all is good but after 2 minutes it automatically gets put on hold. Any thoughts on why this could be happening? It happens everytime. I have disconnected phone and reconnected several times but that didn't seem to make any difference. Any other 2016's having same issue?

Haven't had that problem. What do you mean by being put on hold? Mute?

I'm on a Note 5.

I don't have that issue whatsoever with my 16 S6. What phone are you using?

Btw, I have a galaxy S6. I would troubleshoot a little and try connecting someone else's phone to your Bluetooth and see if it continues to do it. If not then it's either a setting in your phone or your phone's Bluetooth is shot. Good luck.

I have S6 edge as well! Any idea how to take call off hold?

Mine is S6 Edge + and no issues with auto hold.

Not sure how to unhold the call.
