    Coilover install issues

Just the other day I installed a set of H&R street performance coilovers on my 2011 A5 and I'm having some issues. There seems to be a clank on the rear passenger side of the car everytime I go over a bump. I'm wondering if I didn't install something correctly. Everything seems to be driving fine minus the issue I have described Here which could definitely be related for all I know. Does anyone have a diagram of the correct order that everything goes in for the rear spring? Does the plastic washer go between the perch and the knuckle or the perch and the spring? The install guide that I had from ECS is for ST coilovers not H&R and show the perch going in the top rather than in the bottom like the pictures that i've seen of the H&R install and I'm all sorts of confused.

That clanking you hear from the back is most likey from the rear shock top nut. Those are very specific and if you do not tighten it to specs, every time you go a bump and compress/decompress the shock, you'll hear it clank because it's loose. Remove BOTH shocks and make sure the nut is torqued to spec. As far as the H&R coil setup goes in the rear, the plastic "washer goes between the spring and adjustable sleeve (which should be on the bottom).

This totally makes so much sense. And that is where I had the "washer" thanks a bunch.
