I just had my new S4 in for the 5000 mile servicing and made the appointment about a week before. Just before the servicing I received 4 reminders by Phone Call, TXT and email. It raised my eyebrow but I didn't think much about it.
Servicing was great, clean facility, oil change done on time. The Servicing rep Brennan was nice and sure to remind me how very important the post survey is to his team. I know this and ALWAYs give 10 Stars, so the next day when I received an email reminder I jumped on it and gave an absolutely stellar review
But that was not enough for Audi.
Over the next 4 days after I had completed teh survey I received no less than 7 phone calls, TXT messages and emails. The kicker was 3 days after completing the survey at 6:15PM I received a phone call from an unknown number reminding me to take the survey. My gf had prepared a great dinner and we had just sat down to eat. She gives me an angry eye at the call and I knew this was going to be an issue of respect. Audi put me in the dog house, so I called the GM at Audi Bellevue, Lisa, and relayed my displeasure.
Come On Audi, do you really need to contact me after hours during our private time?
