Removal of entire rear hatch B6 Avant

Going to remove the rear hatch to swap it out with another, any tips on removal?
    1. The strut arms that hold hatch open
    2. The inside trim panel
    3. The actual bolts that hold hatch in place.

    Thanks

I removed the rear trim off of my B7 hatch a couple year ago, wasn't too difficult, make sure you disconnect the light that's on the inside of the hatch at the bottom otherwise the connector will rip off the harness. Also, you may actually not need to remove any of the interior panels at all iirc to remove the whole tailgate off the car, the two little covers right at the hinges are what cover the bolts. If you're intending on reusing the interior panels, then they are actually two sections, the window surround and the lower panel. IIRC you start with the lower panel near the latch and work your way around either side undoing the clips. Then you undo the ones near the wiper arm then you continue up the window. Sorry that's about all i can remember, it was so long ago
