Yeah, I've been contemplating those. But I've seen plenty without the tear in the driver's seat and the blemish on the passenger go for the same or cheaper.

@G.AUDI I would take this to a shop to have reupholstered. There's no way without experience and the proper equipment that I'd attempt to repair the nappa plus alcantara. I've thought about attempting just the alcantara repair myself on the seat bottoms I've seen with ripped alcantara but still good leather, but I haven't actually done that repair myself yet. Just seen pictures.
