On mobile but my guess is you are asking about the barb fitting which is the low pressure fuel input to the hpfp. If so it's 5/16" ID. Low pressure fuel system is 5-6 bar or about 70-85 psi. Don't buy hose from autozone, it will burst. I use Gates Barricade mpi fuel injection hose, rated to 225 psi working pressure.

Thank you, and yes thats the hose im talking about, i just wasnt sure if i needed to withstand 1700 psi or 100. I know the factory one is reinforced.

    Thanks

I know VAG has made some engineering blunders, but I doubt even they would intentionally put gasoline at 110 bar through a rubber hose.

You can find the hose you need at NAPA. Just tell them what you are using it for and what kind of pressure it will see.

You never know with VAG cars these days. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks Adam
