B9 clicking noise when accelerating

hey all

2 of my buddies have picked up b9 a4's. both premium plus, quattro, tech, first edition package

one of them has an issue so im posting it here on their behalf.

he states that as he accelerates, he hears a clicking noise. it goes more and more consistent and louder as he accelerates further. he said it sounds like it could be coming from the dash or the engine ( so its in front of him ).

i asked him to do a video, so hell try and get back to me later. just wondering if anyone has encountered, or know of this issue so far for the b9. thanks in advance!

edit* i just got a sound clip. actually sounds very robotic/mechanical like as the rpm/mph climbs.anyone have any idea how to upload a sound recording here ?

I have notice a really slight rattle that gets more noticeable at speed, its kinda like a chatter, I think it is the trim below the climate controls, if I pushed that section down during acceleration I didn't hear it anymore.

I get the same, I thought it was the windshield. but mine does it even at a full stop.

he sent it to the dealer. ill update with that they say

one of my buddy thinks its either the wheels/tires, suspension, or brakes. shouldn't be engine/transmission related. hopefully not anyways...
