b7 a4 2.7t swap

have a few ??? i own a POS b7 a4 fwd auto 😞 but things are looking up i finally got some free time and im starting my swap/build before i start i had a few ???

my donor car is a 2001 audi c5 a6 manual

1. are the rear subframes the same??? i know a b6 subfame would fit a b7 but will a c5 a6 subframe fit a b7 idk if they are different
2. if it will fit will the drive shaft fit or is it longer???
3. will the s4 trans bolt into my b7???

this is all i need to know...and i can start my build thanks
