AC and Center Console Questions

Hi all! Still piecing together the A6 and I have an AC problem. The passenger side AC works great and the drivers doesn't, basically the drivers blows hot air. I'm not getting a code and prior to parking the car for a while it worked great. Any help? I live in Florida and it's already 90 degrees outside!

Also,I'm putting the center console back together and I can't get the trim piece to line up with the dash. Also the holes where the center console and the dash trim meet don't line up, see attached. The trim piece came from an auto and mines a manual. Am I putting it together wrong somehow or do I need manual specific trim? Thanks in advance.

Bump, help!

Bump, c'mon someone...
So the passenger side vent and the right hand center vent blow ice cold. The driver side vent and the left hand center vent blow warm, then slowly go down to about 75 degrees. Can anyone help? It's hot here in Florida!!
I am pretty sure it's something simple but I'm not sure where to look.
