    Hi how do tell a 2.8 head vs 2.7. Is there marking that identify it? The heads i got have 28 marked on the the roof of the intake port. What does mean?

    2.7 = APB
    2.8 = AHA / ATQ ( manuel, auto)
    also the 2.8 have much larger intake ports , just google them and you can see the diferences .

    Ok i did google and the ports on my heads look small,but the 28 marking is throwing my off.
    Where is the head marked aha/atq?

    Its marked on the passenger side head. On the right side close to where the diverter valve would be.
