Wrong forum but this car uses S3 power train. Looking for simple upgrades. Neuspeed tuner box if it fits, KN filter. Maybe turbo muffler delete and inter cooler hoses if necessary. Diverter valve ? Do I need to upgrade , which one? Any help is much appreciated.

Most parts will fit as they are basically the same engine. Only difference might be intake system and exhaust. I'd suggest the burger motorports jb1 over nuespeed.

It's just better! You can program each gear to whatever boost you want..... I think it gives more Hp than other. Neuspeed has just 2 settings......91oct & 100oct.

Yes.... preset and I think its 93 out of the box. 35WHP to the wheels! some have had with modifications of course...up to 75WHP!

I have it and its absolutely worth it! Love it and puts a smile on my face always...lol.

In the same boat, apr intake doesn't fit, confirmed. AWE says theirs does but I haven't pulled the trigger and tried it myself. Meisterschaft is using my car right now to get their exhaust created so that should be around the corner. I'd recommend the dogbone mount insert from 034 is a great cheap mod (check out my post in the tt section less than 20 min to install).

Still waiting on tuning options to become more sorted.

I don't have experience with the jb1, but I'm happy with the Neuspeed. Picked it up used for $275. You will feel the power difference

The best piggyback for our cars is JB1. If you're considering a powerchip instead of tune, don't look further.

I have the Neuspeed and really like it. If I had to do it over today, I would give the JB1 a serious look especially with its data logging capabilities. I just do not think I want to go to the trouble of selling the Neuspeed to buy the JB1. Not useless you want to buy it Jimmy :-)

Not sure if Berger would work with you to adjust the tune if you sent them data logs but if they would/do the JB1 would be a no brainer. If they do not there might not be a huge value, but data logging is a nice feature.

No, I had to to take the lower splash guard off to get to the bottom sensor. So of the 20 minutes it takes install 18 minutes is jacking up the car, taking the guard off, connecting the plugs and putting the splash guard back on LOL...

I was able to reach under without jacking it up, a very tough task, but doable. I backed my wheels down a driveway keeping the front of the car over level ground, creating a much larger gap in between the splash guard and the ground, making it much easier to get under there.

I just installed it last week and I am thrilled with the results. 0-60 times are down to 4 seconds (4.05 to be exact using launch control in manual mode, yes i know, launch control is slower in manual but, meh)
The increase in power is noticeable when you want it to be. In dynamic it is very noticeable whenever you are looking to accelerate, but in comfort it drives like a stock S3.
I know the JB1 is a technically better unit, but I am very happy with the Neuspeed.

Very Nice Kevin, especially for CA gas! I get consistent 3.9 0-60 and have had a few 3.8(stock times were 4.5). We have 93 octane gas hear though and I have the APR intake(love the way it looks).

Looking to get some 100 octane race gas soon and do some more testing!

How do you like the res delete?

The 4.05 is not a perfectly accurate measurement, it was done by filming the digital spedometer and the road as I did the run so I found when the vehicle started moving, and when the read-out said "60" and used a timecode to get an exact time for that. All that matters is that it was much faster than stock.

I love the res delete, it makes the car louder, but not nearly too loud, and it sounds way better. One thing I love about it is it allows me to remove the Soundaktor.
I installed it myelf, so that really made it worth it, but if you have to have somebody install it for you, it is still a great deal because it is like getting an entirely new exhaust system.
