Can the City Light be the DRL ?

I replaced my city light with LED like the pic below

I saw so many post was talking about the FOG light to be DRL,

Can the CITY LIGHT be the DRL as well ?

you turn the knob once and its a DRL, not really sure what the question here is...

For the B6, the city light replaces the amber corner lamp, so when the headlight switch is at the first click the city lights and the running lights are on. You have to remember to turn on the city lights. There is no way to recode the lighting so that only the city lights will be on when the ignition key is in the run position, with the headlight switch off, like actual DRLs.
