who can machine turbo housings?

Lets say someone wants to upgrade a turbo to fit a bigger compressor and/or turbine wheel, who can get this done?

Basically, im looking for recommendations for shops or anyone who can do this properly

I know I havent been on in a while until recently, but I haven't seen him around. ill bit him up, we had a few lengthy conversations about turbos last year

Comp can def do it, though. My current housing is a garrett t31 machined for a bigger Comp wheel. Sent it in to them to machine for my current turbo. And Arnold is a personal friend who I know can def do it. Does cnc work all the time, including a head I have at his shop currently.
