In short you will need a built engine, big turbo with all the related supporting mods (quality intercooler, exhaust work, manifold(s), diverter valve, wastegate if applicable, clutch, flywheel, etc.), solid tuning, proper fueling (pump, injectors).
On top of that you will most likely need upgraded brakes to slow it down, and possibly some suspension work depending on how you plan on driving the car.
This is after all the regular maintenance has been done and the wear items replaced such as control arms, tires, etc.
If you have ~$10K minimum burning a hole in your pocket, and a secondary vehicle to get to and from work when it’s broken down/not running well, go for it. If not, a GTRS is tried and true, can yield 300awhp with proper tuning (but that is near the threshold of the capabilities of the stock rods), and will only cost a few grand for a proper setup.
