Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sales
- Primary focus of online sales of performance upgrades on German forums and online groups
- Daily interaction on the forum with members, threads, specific platforms within forum
- Expedited communication via DM or email with online sales inquiries to close deals
- Excellent communication with management in order to process orders in timely manner
- Educate consumer on benefits of performance parts
- Recommend upgrades based on proper knowledge of parts and direct to our store
- Ability to post during all times of day and on weekends as need arises
- Behave properly in the online arena and refrain from engaging in disputes or trolling
- Post according to the needs and wants of Excelerate, not personal opinions

- Work independently when necessary and without constant direction
