Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sales

• Primary focus of online sales of performance upgrades on German forums and online groups
• Daily interaction on the forum with members, threads, specific platforms within forum
• Expedited communication via DM or email with online sales inquiries to close deals
• Excellent communication with management in order to process orders in timely manner
• Educate consumer on benefits of performance parts
• Recommend upgrades based on proper knowledge of parts and direct to our store
• Ability to post during all times of day and on weekends as need arises
• Behave properly in the online arena and refrain from engaging in disputes or trolling
• Post according to the needs and wants of Excelerate, not personal opinions

• Exceptional communication skills – on phone, online, via email
• Work effectively, efficiently, and in cooperation with the team and management
• Work independently when necessary and without constant direction
• Complete assigned tasks without being distracted with personal issues
