    B7 S4 Headlight/ City light problem HELP

So about 2-3 weeks ago i had a parking light out error on my dash and tracked it to the front passenger side city light. I accessed the bulb through the headlight side port and noticed the the harness just wouldn't wiggle out.. So i removed the bumper and the passenger side headlight.

And when i got the city light wiggled out i saw that the whole bulb harness was brown and burnt looking.

Looking in from the front i also noticed the the chrome housing around the bulb also had some damage

I put in a new bulb and plugged the headlight back in, and the light does not work.

Does anybody know what would of caused this and have any solution?? Can a new city light bulb harness be purchased, or do i have to order a complete new headlight?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys
