P1649 and P1650 After going Stage 3

Well I finally finished my Stage 3 project last night, the car started and seems to idle fine... Though I just got those two codes and I have no idea wtf happened...

Powertrain data bus p1649 missing message from abs controller

Powertrain data bus p1650 missing message from instrument cluster

I got an ECU with a "base" tune for my hardware just to get the car moving while I have Daz tune my car on E85

Will this codes be a result of using this ECU?

You have to recode the ECU through VCDS
