Would this wheel and tire combo work?

Hi guys I have a 04 s4. I currently have aftermarket rims with 235/40/18 18x8. I'm getting a good deal on 19x8.5 et35 rims with basically new tires on them. The tires are 225/45/19 and I do know my speedo will probably be off by a few mph which I'm ok with. I don't want to spend the money and later regret it.... Would there be any issues with the wheel setup like possibly rubbing?? I am not lowered with factory suspension.

Those tires are far too tall for an S4. The rolling diameter of your current and stock setup is 25.402". The diameter of a 225/45/19 is 26.972".

An inch and a half increase of diameter is far too large to be negligible. I personally would pass.

That is a -5.82% difference from stock for a speedo error. I like to keep things under a 3% difference positive or negative.

    With 19s, you want 235/35R19
