Where's my relay?

I went to replace/test the 373 Secondary Air Pump relay and/or pump on my car last night and when I opened the ECU box, there was no relay. I searched around and couldn't find it. Could someone please tell me where to find this relay b/c all the write ups I've seen shows it next to the 40 amp fuse?

air pump runs, relay works, guess I'm off to the solenoid.
