Common issues to check after buying a new S4 Tip with 155k miles on it.

Hi all I was just wondering what are the things I should watch out for being a new S4 owner. It wont be modded any time soon but I would like to be prepared for the common failures. So far ive seen that the alternator has been replaced 3 times. ( I just did it) and the electrical system can be a bitch but what else should I beware of?

    Turbos/seals at that mileage.

    Valve cover gaskets

Rear differential mount (caused a clunk in the drivetrain when shifting)

Axle flange seals on transmission start to leak

    Shocks?

Water pump/timing belt, when was it last done?

Run diagnostic to see if your fans/controller are working

    - valve cover and related gasket leaks
    - Wheel bearings
    - CV Boot rips
    - control arm bushings/tie rod end/ball joints
    - rear main seal leak
    - cup holder failure
    - LCD bad pixels in instrument cluster
    - Power steering leaks/seepage from every hose clamp

I currently have had the transmission flushed, cv boots taken care of, ball joints done if needed, and yes there is fucking soda spilled all over the hvac and radio controls, oil change, coolant flush.

I have no information on if the turbos or timing belt has ever been replaced.
Burns oil so gaskets for sure, shocks are good, one cracked spring, i think i hear one wheel bearing, LCD is shit, Dont believe i have any boost leak I hold just over 9 psi on full load. and no fluctuation.

Checked the controllers. i have no connection issue between each individual one but when i read the ecu it says missing message from the tcm and when i connect to the tcm it says missing message from ecu.
So I should probably check the wiring between the ecu and tcm???

    Memphis, TN for now!

Might be an old code. Clear codes on both and then check again.

Timing belt should be done every 80-100k, if you don't have records of it being done then I would look into some of the kits offered for the DIY.

If you're burning oil from the exhaust it's most commonly from the turbos, the valve cover gaskets just leak oil all over the block, could drop on the turbos and you would see/smell the blue smoke coming from the engine bay into your cabin.

Or cam caps/half moons leaking as well. At least it appears he does not have P0741 code for converter lock up.

I have cleared the codes and rechecked. Still shows. Also its just a burning oil smell. There is no smoke.
