6181 - Low Pressure Fuel regulation
    P310B 00 [101] - Fuel Pressure Outside Specification
Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Status: 00000001
    Fault Priority: 2
    Fault Frequency: 1
    Mileage: 17035 km
    Date: 2016.03.19
    Time: 01:03:54

    Things I have already done:
    1. Changed the low pressure intank fuel pump fuel filter.
    2. G410 low pressure sensor on high pressure fuel pump.

The car is having a fuel cut under WOT/hard acceleration randomly in any gear, the car idles fine, cranks immediately.
I logged the car with VCDS, I didn't know exactly what to look for, so I logged all advance measuring blocks related to term "fuel".

Company is telling me to change all the pumps, but i want to be sure. Please help.

looks like the low pressure fuel pump cannot keep up with fuel demand of the high pressure fuel pump. The EFC valve on the HPFP is demanding 99% open and the fuel pressure on the high side is dropping. So The volume isn't there. Seems like the low pressure fuel pump cannot keep up with volume.

The new pump filter has a vent nipple right next to the main fuel line hole, but in the car there is no pipe which goes into it. Should I just leave it capped? The pump I replaced , had it sealed from underneath.

This is the exact same symptom I was having. Full throttle cut WOT into 4th gear. Upgraded the HPFP with autotech and now I think all that did was bandaid it because it still doesn't run well and I get P310B, just no throttle cut. I'll try the LPFP.
