    2016 S7 myaudi continually asking for Pin

    Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    Good morning. So each time I start my car and go to retrieve a myaudi account destination it prompts me for pin and is not storing it. I spoke to AoA and they say it's a known issue. Anyone else having this problem or any solutions? There is a lot of info on Internet but it's a few years old. Thanks!

    That has been a known issue for 2016 owners for a year now. Audi's easily-upgradable MIB-2 system has yet to receive a single update to fix this or other bugs.

    Have the same issue on my 2016 A6. Its annoying af. But now I barely use it so it doesnt bother me as much.

    Same here on my 16 S6. Has the issue since day onr. AoA told me the same thing and that the SA will have an update when it become available.

    Stopped using it and started using Waze.

    Same issue i have given up. honestly i think i wasted my money with that option I've not used it once in 4 weeks

    Yep, '14 A6. Also have lost all the favorites in the nav a couple times. I just chalk it up to German electronics, and keep the PIN in a sticky note in the console, tho I rarely use any feature that needs it.

    Wow! No issues with my '12, even before the MMI software upgrades. Using the myAudi destinations with the traffic rerouting is great. T-Mobile 3G still sucks, but it better than nothing.
