    B8 BCRacing coil overs

I've been looking into picking up a set of BC Racing coil overs for my 12 A5. They are right in my price range and offer the adjustability I would like. I've read a few reviews but can't find anything about them on a b8. The car is my daily and I plan on autoxing it every other weekend in the summer. Anyone have any experience? Are they decent? Any other similar sets I should look at? Planning on moderately lowering for summer and raising for winter.(New England)

The thing about BC coils is that they have linear rated springs. What does that mean? Linear= same spring rate through out the entire shock movement= harsh ride. Personally, I like coils which have progressive rated springs= smooth ride when you're not driving spiritedly, firmer when you are. Feedback I've heard/read on the BCs is that most people like them, but at the cost of ride harshness. It's up to you.

I would recommend that you look into the H&Rs or even STs, or KV1s. All these are coils with progressively rated springs. Word of caution, don't be cheap about coils. Do it right the first time or wait till you can.

Feel free to PM me if you have additional questions.
