Stock 19" and 20" wheel finish on titanium rotors?

Hello forum, I have tried already searching, I'm wondering if any of you guys know if the finish on the stock titanium rotors are powder coated or painted. I have the 19" matte titanium finish rotors on the S5 and I really like them so I'm wondering, because I'd like to get this same finish on a set of new wheels.

no one knows if they are powder coated or painted? I figured someone would for sure know, I guess not.

Hello. I finally got Rs5 wheels in Hyper silver. What i did is i took it to elite coatings and they powder coated my wheels to the Gunmetal Matt with CNC machine edges. I hope this helps as no one has this answer and im happy to give my feedback. It looks just like the OEM finish

Oem seems like a painted finish to me. I have the Ti rotors as well.
