Asking $10K...less than half of its KBB value.

Located in SLC, UT.

I spent 6 months looking for the right wagon and bought it 3 years ago. It's been fantastic--truly a pleasure to drive and I got many compliments.

Why did it take so long? This is an Avant (not that rare), but it comes with nearly every option and package.

Prestige Package
Sport Package
S-Line Package
Pano Roof
Nav
Bang & Olufsen hi-fi

However, 2 months ago I was in an accident (single vehicle, no injuries) and kinda-sorta-trashed the front end. The insurance company thought it wasn't worth the money to repair so they totaled the vehicle. This seemed rather odd to me since the air bags did NOT deploy nor was there any frame or engine damage. Most of the damage was in the form of cosmetic issues as well as a few necessary mechanical parts I had to replace before I could drive it again. More on that in a minute.

Since I got the car patched back up, I've driven it approximately 500 miles and it's been great.

What I've done:

New Radiator
New Intercooler.
New coolant downpipe.
New hood.
New grill
New Bumper cover
Replaced the headlamp (right side) with a used part.

What it still needs:

Low pressure A/C pipe. Climate (heater) works fine, but the AC doesn't work until that pipe is replaced. It's $174.99 on-line.
Odds and ends. . . some new bracing and what-not around the car that would hold the appearance together a little better. I'm not a wrench so I can't really tell you what those things are, but I have a few left over parts (broken) that were used to stabilize other parts such as the old grill, headlamp assembly, etc.

For now, it's all functioning, working, etc. I drove it to the ski resort last week and had a blast.

There are a lot of dash lights on since the accident. Seems that the impact jarred a lot of the systems so the TMPS light is on, Check Engine, ESP, etc, but those functions seem to be working fine (in reality). So, there's some kind of info disconnect.

The car comes with everything you see in the pictures. It also comes with a clear Utah title, but by the time your state processes the sale and new title, it will show salvage or rebuilt or whatever the designation is.

Also comes with 2 smart keys for keyless entry and keyless start.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer them, but again I'm not a mechanic--just good enough to replace the truly necessary parts to see if the car ran well, and it does.

BTW, the engine was just rebuilt by Audi about 4k miles ago under warranty. New seals, valves, everything. Seems that 5% of these engines had an oil problem but they rebuilt all the engines. Cost Audi $4,500. So that's awesome!

Also, I've intentionally used some white zip-ties under the hood to show where there are either broken mounts or needed attention. These are mostly small items like the HomeLink box tied to the frame.

Last, I live about 12 minutes from the Salt Lake International airport. I'm happy to pick you up and get you on your way.

Would I drive this car across country? Probably not. But I wouldn't hesitate to drive it 500 miles or more.
